Minds Eye is a perfume company that uses natural scents. They believe that your mind is a reflection of your reality; Minds Eye helps users manifest the headspace they desire by using aromatherapy.

Create packaging that visually embodies the unique aromatherapy benefits of each scent. Elements such as calming color palettes, organic textures, and symbolic imagery to reflect the emotional and mental states each fragrance.

logo

The logo was created by reflecting parts of the word mark to create a mirroring effect. Reiterating the concept behind Minds Eye, your mind is a reflection and creation of your reality. Together the words minds and eye are connected at the logo symbol, the eye.

photography

art direction

The photography set was designed to visually embody the brand’s concept of reflection, centered around the idea that your mind mirrors your reality. The shoot emphasized natural and holistic elements, incorporating reflective surfaces and organic accents to align with the brand’s identity.

lighting

I utilized natural lighting outdoors, relying on the clear blue sky to create a soft, diffused light that complemented the reflective elements and highlighted the natural aspects of the scene.

styling

Props and placement were styled to feel loose and natural, aligning with the brand’s holistic aesthetic. A mirror was positioned to reflect the sky and crystals from the perfume bottles were scattered thoughtfully throughout the frame, while maintaining an organic, effortless composition.

camera

The shoot was captured using a Nikon D750, chosen for its ability to render sharp details and vibrant colors. The camera’s full-frame sensor effectively captured the interplay of light, reflections, and textures in the scene.
